HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
That’s entirely up to you. You can pay with credit or debit card online, pay cash on delivery or purchase directly from one of our experience centres.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED FOR WARRANTY DEFECTS?
As soon as your BED IN A BOX product is on the way back to us we’ll process your refund to the account you paid with. The money should be with you within three working days.
CAN I RETURN MY MATTRESS IF IT DOESN’T FIT MY BED FRAME?
We recommend that you carefully measure your bed frame to avoid getting the wrong size mattress. For hygiene reasons, once the mattress is unpacked and unfolded it is deemed used and cannot be returned.
WHAT TYPE OF CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa Debit Card, Mastercard and Verve Cards
CAN YOU REFUND VIA CHEQUE?
Unfortunately we don’t use cheques, but we can credit your bank account if you’d prefer. You’ll just need to give us your account details so that we can process this for you.
